Key Responsibilities: In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be primarily responsible for the following: High volume, fast paced recruitment efforts primarily for third-party managed properties including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer creation, etc. Management of the new hire process including review and collection of new hire documentation, preemployment testing, etc. Responsible for assisting operations team on-site with the acquisition of new properties and the interviewing, on-boarding, processing and training of newly hired staff. Required Knowledge Experience: This exciting role is not your typical recruitment associate role as it requires the successful candidate to be willing and able to get out in the field and assist on the front lines by ensuring that we consistently have RPRS (right people in the right seats) and that hire only the best, most qualified team members for every role. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 5 years recruitment/staffing experience; some experience in employee relations preferred. Bachelors degree in human resources or related field. PHR or SPHR preferred. The ability to work at an EXTREMELY fast pace (the speed of light comes to mind). The ability to consistently provide exceptional (WOW!) customer service. The ability and desire to travel possibly up to 50% of the time to any of the states where McKinley operates to support our property acquisitions. Significant experience with social media as a recruitment source. Strong computer skills with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and the ability to learn new programs (such as ATS software and HRIS systems) quickly.
