Position Description: YCUA, a municipality providing water distribution and wastewater treatment services to local communities is accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Director. This position is responsible for supervising the overall administration of the Authority’s personnel programs including recruitment, testing, evaluation, safety, worker’s compensation, classification and salary administration, insurances, and equal opportunity. 

Salary Range: $69,000-$74,000

Required Knowledge Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business, human resources or public administration preferred. Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of public personnel administration, collective bargaining, and labor contract administration required.
