Position: Sr. Technical Analyst
Organization: Robert Bosch LLC
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Position Description:
Major Job Duties Include:
- Researches, recommends and monitors use of site electronic tools for HR support (i.e., survey tools, etc.)
- Coordinates with corporate HRIS to implement HRIS i.nitiatives.
- Leads site HR technology implementations (coordination, training of users, documentation, etc. of new systems, technologies, upgrades, etc.).
- Analyzes data on HR metrics and generates reports.
- Standardizes HR reporting tools.
- Coordinates data for compensation analysis (salary planning, surveys, etc.).
- Prepares and/or presents presentation slides.
- Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives.
Required Knowledge Experience:
Minimum Requirements Include:
- Bachelor degree in HR, IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience.
- Proficient in SAP system usage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
- Strong problem solving mindset.
- An understanding of HR processes.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Proficient continuous improvement orientation and experience.
- Proficient process orientation.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient interpersonal skills.
