Creating a 2-5 Year Strategic Benefits Plan

Justin Spewock and Kathy Sage will discuss a how to create a 2-5 year strategic benefits plan that aligns with your organizations business strategy. 

You will learn how to design your benefits plan to align with financial objectives, how to market the plan, and understand the importance of environmental scanning when designing your plan.  

Justin will briefly discuss the current trends in benefits in southeast Michigan and will explain the impact of the current benefits legislation on plan design.
