Scholarships
GAASHRM is offering three (3) scholarships this membership year!
(2) Professional Scholarships - PHR/SPHR/GPHR
As a member benefit, these scholarships will be awarded twice during the 2009-2010 Year. The first will go to one GAASHRM member who will be taking the PHR/SPHR/GPHR exam during the 1st testing window (December 1- January 31). The second will go to one GAASHRM member who will be taking the PHR/SPHR/GPHR exam during the 2nd testing window (May 1 - June 30).
The scholarships awarded will cover the current cost of the PHR, SPHR or GPHR exam testing fee at the regular registration rate. In cases where the member's company is funding the cost of the actual exam, this amount can be applied to the cost of study related expenses, such as study materials or preparation courses. The winners will be selected randomly from those applicants who meet all eligibility requirements.
Full professional scholarship guidelines and applications are now available. Applications for the first window are due by December 1st and applications for the second window are due by May 1st.
