MAXIMUM IMPACT MENTORINGMission StatementTo create an environment where GAASHRM members at every level can share their knowledge and expertise with fellow members and leverage the knowledge and expertise of those members for maximum impact in the professional field of Human Resources. The BasicsA GAASHRM survey was conducted to discover the talents and expertise of members. A searchable database has been created listing the participating members, their areas of expertise and the time they are willing to devote to the program. The BenefitsOur chapter is only as strong as our members. And what better resource to leverage than our industry colleagues. Nothing compares to the one-to-one guidance. Mentors benefit by deepening relationships and their own knowledge through the sharing. Mentees benefit by gaining authentic knowledge and guidance in a much quicker method than they would by research. Through mentoring experiences, relationships are built that could last a lifetime! The MAXIMUM IMPACT MENTORING ProgramGAASHRM's Maximum Impact Mentoring is responsible for bringing together seasoned and new HR professionals to help shape and guide their careers. The mentoring committee is also responsible for developing and guiding students involved in the local student chapters.
