This session will explore the intersection between AI, human resources, and employment law. What is "artificial intelligence"? What is the state of technology? Can AI perform HR functions? Attendees will leave this session understanding which HR functions are ripe for AI, what new legal challenges are emerging (or may emerge), and how to ensure compliance in this fast-changing HR space.
